About the Job

The salary range for this position is $147,368 to $170,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering Leadership, and UX/Design teams to execute on product requirements to deliver excellent software design, coding, and processes
  • Design and build mobile application product features - iOS app development
  • Ensure quality and performance of application to specifications
  • Identify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecks
  • Fix application bugs before the final release
  • Write technical documentation to ensure best practices and submit proposals to Staff Engineers and Architects
  • Write code to assist with feature development and bug fixes
  • Work on putting up pull requests to other engineers
  • Test the code and communicate with Test Engineers to ensure that the code does not have any deficiencies
  • Improve and maintain the Life360 iOS App payments stack, which includes implementing Native App Purchasing capabilities (such as upgrading, canceling, and pausing subscription)
  • Ensure the post purchase flow for membership is rolled out smoothly in the UK
  • May telecommute

What We’re Looking For

  • Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer II-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, may have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer II-related occupation.
