About the role:

Classy is experiencing explosive growth and is looking for a world-class Sales Development Manager. You will directly contribute to the exponential growth by managing a team of forward-thinking sales reps. This dynamic team seeks out non-profit organizations to help them take their fundraising to the next level (with our help of course). You’ll be hiring, training, coaching and leading hunters because, well...you are a Hunter too!

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Hire, onboard, lead and coach a team of 10+ Sales Development Representatives
  • Align team activities with Marketing and Sales priorities. Participate in developing Marketing and Sales campaigns to achieve pipeline and goals
  • Motivate the SDR team to exceed their goals of driving discovery meetings with our target prospects using email, phone calls, voicemails, and social media
  • Develop, motivate and retain top performers
  • Create and train sales process best practices
  • Engage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings and fun challenges
  • Accurate and on-time forecast reporting
  • Effectively lead your Sales Team to successfully hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

What you bring (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years in sales, or 2+ years leading a team
  • Proven track record with 2+ years in each organization
  • Consistently meet or exceed team targets and have the data to prove it
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • SaaS sales experience

What would be awesome to have (Preferred):

  • 1+ year managing a SaaS team
  • Ability to work locally in our San Diego office
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

The expected US salary range for this position is $154,600.00 - $177,000.00, which may include potential sales incentive payments, + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific OTE structure for this position during the hiring process.
